Inner Wisdom, Neutrality & Being Free

Welcome to a ramble about love and the polarity of politics and religion with science now in tow.

Maybe you are feeling this too...I increasingly find myself unable to align with any groups without causing more damage by putting my energy toward the fragmentation of it all. Maybe a better way to say that is by putting my energy toward a splintered grey zone that is imperceptibly conditioned into us and that has a way of seeming like it's helping when really it's creating division externally and splintering us internally.

Like eating a whole fruit, not a processed fruit gummy/fragmented version of one, I serve the earth and her beings best as my authentic whole self tapped into my inner knowing, not infiltrated by anything else. That whole fruit is so wise and complete, ready to serve at it's own highest level just as intended from seed.

With wholeness taking root, I feel like my perspective has risen in these last five years, now having lived closely amongst those leaning toward both the right and left sides of politics and also amongst differing religious beliefs and ways of life that have pronounced polarity. It has been quite a gift and task to experience it all and then to attempt to hold it all as well, without creating separation.

Generally, and pardon the obviousness, it seems that divisive views have come from external sources of false authority appointed by us through consent, often sleeping consent, like the kind that involves scrolling social media or listening to any media outlet and hearing a repetitive thought over and over and becoming programmed without even realizing it,  or what I’ve witnessed more so out here in the country is a type of conditioning that often comes from repeated external religious authority. And of course there are more ways to be put under a spell including unseen forces that speak to us day and night not necessarily attached to 3D technology.

Across media platforms there is a ragey kind of fear on steroids based on what your thought camp is and if you posted the right or wrong thought to your page. This is not the world we have to live in. At all. That design is it's own war machine pitting us against each other.  We do not have to feed it for one more second if we don't want to. We all have the power to shut off our screens, go inward, become our most authentic selves sitting in our most empowered seat responding to our higher self and in turn making way for unification.

For me, seeking to be neutral, unattached and connected to my own internal source forms a tree like rooted stability and a space for love and compassion to reside.  It holds everyone dear in their humanness. Understanding beliefs, actions and ways of life that are not in alignment with me puts me at ease and usually others too and not in a people pleasing way..in a way that feels serene - like not chasing anyone or thing, just sitting in peace.  It’s a release, an un-attaching to a thought  - letting it be both true or not true. Perhaps it’s true for someone else and not for you. There is spaciousness and freedom in this. I have had beautiful connections and miraculous gifts appear that I never would have if I was so stuck in my beliefs that I felt compelled to put up a wall.

Nature's Gifts 10/2025

Being unlabeled, ungrouped, non political and non religious and unattached from what someone else’s mind has or had going on is so freeing.  I love to be in heart to heart connection beyond the noise of quantifications and qualifications and it gives room for shifts from one day to the next. The beauty in a heart centered connected moment absolutely astounds my being.

In this small community here, even though the church groups cling to their members, and media platforms still grip minds, there is a family of people emerging who are not letting a group label bear weight on relations. Many of us do not belong to a church, some do. Some were born Mennonite and others were not. We are already naturally functioning together because we recognize that we need each other and we rely on each other for day to day living but maybe most importantly for connection and meaning in our lives. If I had to place one statement on our budding little community, it would be this..

“You must love in such a way that the person you love feels free. ” - Thich Nat Han

Much Love,
