Lead Times

    • Apothecary items ship usually within 3-7 days of order placement.
    • Scarves generally ship within 7 business days of purchase.  
    • Prints are made to order and need a lead time of 1 - 2 weeks for shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via the United States Postal Service within the United States. We also do our best to accommodate international orders.  Please send us an email at if you are interested in international delivery.  Thank you!
* We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, please leave us a physical address to deliver your goods to. 

Secure Online Transactions

Our site is integrated with Stripe which offers an anti fraud protections to keep you secure and worry free. 
  • CVC check (card verification code) - this verifies that the customer has entered the correct code as shown on the card, a good indicator that they have the card physically present.
  • Address verification checks (AVS) - these compare the billing address entered by the customer against that on file with their bank. These are also useful indicators for determining whether the payment is being made by the genuine cardholder. 



    If you are delivered damaged goods please send us a photo so we can remedy the situation for you right away.   If you are dissatisfied with an item, kindly let us know, and we will try to help you find another that is a match for you.  We encourage you to read our ingredient lists and safeguard yourself from any allergies you may have to the botanicals we use.  Because of the nature of our small hand crafted business, we cannot accept returns, but we do offer small sizes on the site and samples upon request so that you can give them a try before making a larger investment.   We thank you kindly for your support and patronage!


    We allow returns up to seven days from the purchase date.  The item must be in it's original unused condition with tags attached if appropriate.  Return shipping, payment for the return shipping, and any subsequent damages from the return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please make sure that items are wrapped securely when returning them.

    Damaged item claims must be made within 48 hours of parcel arrival.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours.
