Shipping Info

We generally ship orders within 3 business days of order placement, (sometimes this can be a day or so longer if we experiencing a high volume orders). 

Delayed, Missing or Lost Packages

Buyer is responsible for making their own claims for lost or delayed packages. Please choose your shipper wisely and purchase insurance where needed or desired. pAra is not responsible for shipping issues, as shipping service providers are outside our control. 

Return Policy

If you are delivered damaged goods please send us a photo at the time of receipt. We will remedy the situation for you right away.  If you are dissatisfied with an item, kindly let us know, and we will try to help you find another that is a match for you.  We encourage you to read our ingredient lists and safeguard yourself from any allergies you may have to the botanicals we use.  Because of the nature of our small hand crafted business, we cannot accept returns, but we do offer trial sizes on the site and samples upon request so that you can give them a try before making a larger investment.
