Cat's Claw is like having an internal lion bodyguard. This herb is my go to for staying well at all times and also for speeding recoveries from viruses and bacteria. I do not travel without her!  A winter ago, I was tending to a man with Parkinsons twice a week. He had a house full of sick children (something flu-ish) and this went on for months on end - those poor kids! I would spend an hour or longer in what felt like a sauna of coughs and blowing noses as they collectively live in their kitchen around the wood stove in winter. And the way I stayed well was by taking this potion before entering and just after leaving. It worked like a CHARM!
