HAIMA is sanskrit for "made of gold".  Prounounced HAY-MUH.

This balm is formulated to be the ultimate remedy for dry skin, and can also be used during the dry and cold seasons on normal to oily skin.  A tiny drop locks in your layer of facial oil and serum, working to rejuvenate a youthful glow, boost collagen, reduce wrinkles and speed the healing of inflammation like rosacea and acne while giving skin a dewy and fresh radiance.

After nourishing the skin with facial oil and serum, scoop approximately 1/4 inch round pea out and work between fingers to melt, then pat into face and decolletage. Allow to absorb a few minutes prior to makeup application. Suitable for daily and overnight use depending upon your moisture needs. You will have a glowing, lustrous and dewy skin.

Sea Buckthorn Oil contains a large amount of carotenoids, which serve to make this balm it's distinctive golden orange color. Carotenoids are a natural source of Vitamin A which reduces acne and rosacea, boosts collagen, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, softens the skin, and fights cancerous cells.  The berry contains 12x more Vitamin C than an orange, and Vit C stimulates collagen production and reduces sun spots.  And it's one of the few fruits available to us that contains the full spectrum of Omegas 3, 6, 7 and 9. For acne conditions...it's anti-inflammatory properties break the inflammation cycle, reducing scarring and swelling while strengthening and smoothing the skin barrier.

Coenzyme Q10:  helps generate younger looking skin by increasing our skin's ability to produce collagen and elastin, making skin look firmer and more elastic. The loss of collagen causes our skin to wrinkle and sag. CoQ10 is naturally produced in the human body's cells, and aids in producing energy, neutralizing free radicals, and keeps cells healthy. Aging and the experience of stress reduce our levels of Co Q10 and as a result our ability to regenerate cells declines. This process of lower than optimum levels begins in most people around the age of 30.

Borage Seed Oil is a moisture replenisher containing an unusually high percentage of Gamma Linolenic Acid which helps to repair the skin barrier, effectively treat chronic dryness, acne, eczema, inflammation, and dermatitis.

Argan oil gives skin a youthful glow. It's extremely high antioxidant level (80% fatty acid content) reduces the signs of aging and UV damage including sun spots, wrinkles and dryness.  It quickly absorbs and has the ability to balance oily skin, moisturizes dry skin, and speeds the healing of acne and acne-related scarring. The saponins in argan oil reactivate skin cells ability to regenerate. It is non-comedogenic and will not clog pores. It is also helpful in reducing stretch marks from pregnancy or weight gain.

Rosehip seed oil is a lightweight non-greasy antioxidant oil that is chock full of skin benefits. It contains trans-retinoic acid, a naturally occurring form of vitamin A which promotes healthy skin cell rejuvenation, reduces wrinkles, scars and age spots.  It's high concentration of fatty acids Omega 3 & 6 work to improve skin elasticity and strength.  It's vitamin C content helps to reduce the appearance of dark spots and hyper-pigmentation. Rosehip seed oil is even great for acne prone skin as it helps to clear pores of dirt and dead skin cells.  And last but least, studies have shown that therapeutic oils high in anti-oxidants help to reverse the effects of UV radiation and environmental toxins by preventing oxidation caused by free-radicals.

Chia Seed Oil is considered to be the richest source of omega-3 fatty acids found in nature. It stimulates the formation of collagen and elastin which help to keep our skin supple and youthful, without drooping. Omega 3's also help to keep the skin hydrated, pulling water from deeper layers of the skin to hydrate top layers, making wrinkles and fine lines less visible.  And, because of it's high content of zinc, it helps to diminish acne. And, since chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants and phytonutrients, it protects the skin from free radical damage associated with pollutants and overexposure to UV rays.

Beeswax acts as a breathable barrier and humectant for your skin. It attracts water to your skin which helps the skin absorb beneficial oils while still allowing it to function unlike petroleum based products. It has antibacterial properties that help to clear the skin and contains vitamin A that helps increase skin cell turnover.

Sandalwood oil softens the skin and helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It is high in antioxidants which helps reduce damage caused by free radicals; it calms and cools the skin; and is antiseptic meaning that it protects wounds, sores, and pimples from developing infections.

Geranium essential oil's health benefits abound.  It uplifts mood, alleviates anxiety, reduces fatigue and promotes emotional wellness with it's ability to balance hormones. It further benefits our skin with it's astringency which reduces the appearance of wrinkles and  it's healing properties, which reduce inflammation and help repair acne and scaring.

Supercritical Frankincense CO2 helps to repair wounds, reduce and fade scars and wrinkles, and promotes skin cell regeneration. Frankincense healing benefits are more potent as a supercritical CO2 extract than as an essential oil.
